Description

In the premiere season of Magnum P.I., Thomas Magnum (Jay Hernandez) is a private investigator on Oahu, and when he needs back up on a job, he turns to his trusted buddies and fellow POW survivors, TC (Stephen Hill), who runs a helicopter tour business, and Rick (Zachary Knighton), the most connected man on the island. Also helping him on occasion is Juliet Higgins (Perdita Weeks), a beautiful and commanding disavowed MI:6 agent who keeps Magnum in line as he helps his clients, no matter the circumstances.

    I love it! I’ve never seen the original series. So unlike a lot of the other reviewers I am not comparing it to the original. And I love the show! The characters are great!

    Didn’t see the original but my roomie said it’s just as good, if not better. It’s one of our shows we watch together. ..Yes sir, got the season pass. Money well spent

    I was a little uncertain about this show. I grew up watching the original. I like it more with each new episode. The Higgins character is amazing. Storylines are good and the camaraderie between the actors is apparent. I am looking forward to season two.

    Was extremely skeptical about a remake of Magnum P.I. But have to say - very well done, like it even better than the original. Funny. Punchy. Very much in the spirit of the original series - just adopted for moder ntimes. Great entertainment.

    Maybe kids: young adults if current generation like this show,IS nothing like the quality of the show with Tom Selleck and the original Higgins and company!!! Tom’s character was strong , this guy is weak and even though stunts may be more elaborate than before, does not compare with the original. Acting is poor in this series and not realistic stunts, etc.
