Loved season 1. Sure, it was unevern. Sure Louisa Jacobson is a cheap dollar store version of Meryl Streep. But the chracters were fantastic and the perfomances from Baranski & Coon were tremendous. Then Season 2. Their characters have been dulled to the point of boring and the plotline took sharp left turns from where it left off. Suddenly George Russell is mild and oh, didn't you know his son went ahead and became an interior renovator? Like that wasn't a MAJOR plotpoint and foretold conflict. I just quit watching. Blech.
