Though I miss Stark something fierce and can't stand Tess, I continue to watch this fabulous show. Carter never lets me down and Fargo slays me! I really hope the rumors are true, I really miss the banter, snark and subtle h.e. flirting.

Smart, funny, and never takes itself too seriously. Colin Ferguson is brilliant as the show's "Everyman" Sheriff Carter, and the rest of the cast delivers as well. One disappointing note: I bought the season 3 finale, which is so good it's ridiculous, but the Dave Matthews song "You and me" was removed from the last few minutes of the episode. That song really made the season ending, and I wish they'd kept it.

As good as the first 2 seasons - which were great! All you have to do is be willing to suspend your disbelief a fair bit to enjoy this fast-paced comedy. The characters - except for the occasional nemesis - are lovable in their own ways and even a little complex. The plots are creative, and not always predictable, usually based on science or technology breakthroughs. Clever, clean fun.

I was hooked on Eureka from the first fifteen minutes of its pilot episode. Great cast, a wonderful mixture of sifi tech with humor and romance and lots of very attractive women. The entire first season was a joy. However, the show has fallen into a serious conceptual rut, where every episode's looming disaster of the week is avoided thanks to humble Sheriff Carter's application of common sense. The brilliant scientists remain clueless when the chips are down. With so many talented people on board, and such a well developed premise, the writers should be able to be less formulaic Nonetheless, I still never miss an episode, and continue to enjoy my little visits to that exceptionally unusual community.

This is a great show. While its on the SYFY channel and has science fiction as its basis, the characters make the show for me. Thanks to all behind the show and to SYFY for running it.
