  • Why?!

The BBC version is leaps & bounds better than this. They may use some of the same footage in each version, but that is as far as the comparisons go. The narration in this version is useless-it just repeats literally what an expert says (literally-why?) The long pauses are random. Their is no effective flow. While I appreciate hearing from a wide array of experts, they are not used effectively enough. Overall, this NOVA/PBS piece does not meet the mark, or come close enough to even orbit it.

I watched all five episodes and was hoping to see more. I’ve always been interested in our galaxy and am fascinated by the way it was formed. I love the way how each planet was explained, how they became and to think, how much more is out there undiscovered. Imagine!
  • Really boring and dull.

I watched the BBC version of The Planets with Brian Cox and it is very enjoyable to watch. The Nova version wants to put me to sleep. So boring and little to no life to the show.
